Centralized and secure archive
The creation of digital items (images, files, general lists) has become an everyday operation for business management. This implies two management problems that should not be underestimated and that waste a lot of operators' time:
- Where the files are stored
- How files are exchanged
The first problem concerns the widespread custom of creating shared folders on a corporate server and using them as a more or less structured "parking lot" for all corporate files. This implies that each operator is free to create one or more sub-folders to retrieve information, but unfortunately such a solution is ALWAYS subjective: at that precise moment the folder chosen turns out to be the best, but a different operator might have a different idea, so he or she will create another one for the file he or she will have to manage. This mechanism leads to such a complication that, as time goes on, one will always have to go through the file search in order to find the one desired.

The weBRIEF automatically builds the structure of folders and subfolders, thus helping you with the placement of the files themselves. In addition, file searching does not rely on searching via a shared network (slow and difficult to parameterize), but each file, upon archiving, is cataloged and entered into a structured database to enable fast searching.
The second problem is the dissemination of countless copies within the company by sending the files via e-mail. Each time you write an e-mail with an attachment, when the recipient downloads the item, the file is matched to the e-mail, creating a copy. This duplicates the same information on the various clients generating various versions, making it difficult to locate the most up-to-date one.
With the weBRIEF you will have a single centralized source from which to draw the latest version of the files, and most importantly you will avoid wasted time devoted to writing emails intended for people who might access the files themselves.
