Data summary updated in real time

- Projects by customer by states divided by number, pieces, amounts
- Projects by categories divided by number, pieces, amounts
- Requests by department (open, closed, assigned, unassigned)
- Days between opening and intake

- Average closing times per user
- Total projects, pieces and amounts divided by country

All of this data can be viewed in real time by editing the search using a dedicated data entry panel, allowing different periods to be compared.
